Project Manager – Fintech & Digital Payments

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic technology and fintech initiatives within a fast‑evolving digital payments ecosystem. You will own the full lifecycle of multiple projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end‑to‑end delivery of internal and external technology projects, from initiation through launch.
• Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and maintain strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage customer communication, expectations, feedback collection, and reporting throughout project execution.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, technical specs, and status reports.
• Ensure quality control, task prioritisation, and deadline adherence.
• Analyse project performance and recommend process optimisation and operational improvements.
• Develop presentations and reporting materials for leadership and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience managing technology or digital transformation projects.
• Background in fintech, payments, blockchain or cryptocurrency industries.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, best practices and delivery frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Analytical, process‑oriented mindset focused on operational efficiency.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• PMI or equivalent certification is a plus.
