Retail Project Coordinator – France & Belgium

About the role

TheCore-studio is looking for a Retail Project Coordinator to manage store roll‑outs across France and Belgium. Based in our Barcelona office, you will act as the bridge between local partners and our international design team, ensuring projects move smoothly from site survey to store opening.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate retail fit‑out projects from due diligence and site surveys through design, permitting and store opening.
• Track permit and approval timelines with local architects, flag delays and keep schedules on track.
• Maintain project trackers, work‑back plans and milestone reporting across multiple concurrent projects.
• Participate in weekly calls with clients and international teams in English and French.
• Review drawings and technical documentation to ensure coordination alignment.
• Serve as the primary communication link between the Barcelona team and French‑speaking local partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in retail, commercial fit‑out or store rollout coordination.
• Hands‑on knowledge of project processes, local regulations and permit procedures in France and/or Belgium.
• Fluent in French and English at a professional level.
• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD (Revit is a plus).
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience using MS Project or similar project‑tracking tools.
