Graduate AI Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Graduate AI Software Engineer to join our new Madrid office. You will work on AI‑powered product experiences for Evernote and other Bending Spoons products, collaborating with product teams to turn high‑impact ideas into production‑ready code.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop AI‑driven features that enhance user experience for millions of users.
• Take concepts from prototype to production, delivering robust, scalable, and reproducible code.
• Integrate AI tools into the full development workflow, including design, implementation, testing and documentation.
• Own end‑to‑end development across diverse technology stacks, selecting the appropriate architecture for each challenge.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong passion for AI and software engineering.
• Highly collaborative, eager to learn and contribute to a fast‑moving, high‑performing team.
• Willing to help shape the culture of a new office and work closely with global colleagues.
