People Advisor – EU

About the role

We are scaling rapidly across Europe and need a People Advisor to harness AI and systems to improve employee relations case management. You will work closely with managers to support performance, conduct, and policy matters while providing data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve AI‑enabled case management, data analysis, and manager enablement processes.
• Co‑pilot with managers on performance, conduct, probation, attendance, and policy guidance.
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and ensure consistent application of people policies across the region.
• Provide data insights, highlight trends, and flag early risks for proactive intervention.
• Increase efficiency in case handling to minimise timelines from opening to resolution.
• Partner with the People Team and broader business to align and deliver employee relations cases.

Required profile

• Curiosity to explore and build AI‑first approaches to workstreams.
• Strong judgement with ability to follow structured case processes and adapt when needed.
• Demonstrated experience with employee relations processes across Europe or the US.
• Proven track record managing multiple ER cases, especially performance and conduct.
• Excellent organisational skills for documenting and tracking ER matters.
• High attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
