Quality Assurance Technician – Supplier Audits & GMP

About the role

You will own the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across all processes. The role also involves managing and strengthening supplier relationships to maintain high standards throughout the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Annual Supplier Audit Plan.
• Conduct internal, external and cross‑functional audits to verify compliance and drive improvement.
• Manage supplier technical documentation and monitor performance metrics.
• Support internal training initiatives and oversee supplier approval processes.
• Ensure adherence to GMP standards across all operations.
• Maintain and update documentation related to the Essential Home project.

Required profile

• University degree in Chemistry, Laboratory Sciences, Quality Management or a related field.
• Strong command of English (B2–C1) and ability to work in both English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar quality assurance role.
• Availability for occasional travel and flexible working hours.
• ISO 9001 Auditor certification preferred; prior ISO 9001 audit experience is a plus.
