Finance Manager

About the role

Joko is scaling its finance function as it expands globally. As a Finance Manager you will act as a true generalist, supporting business lines or geographies with financial insight, budgeting, and analysis. You will report directly to the VP of Finance and help shape the financial backbone of a fast‑growing tech company.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business teams (e.g., Online, Card‑Linked, Gift Cards, Media or regional units) to provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Own the budgeting process, re‑forecasts and monthly business reviews for your assigned scope.
• Develop and maintain financial models that feed into the group‑wide financial planning.
• Monitor P&L performance, conduct variance analysis and support cost‑efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with accounting, controlling and treasury functions to ensure accurate reporting and cash management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance, preferably in a high‑growth tech or e‑commerce environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Comfortable working across multiple finance disciplines (business partnering, FP&A, accounting, treasury).
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
