Freelance Translator (English‑Spanish) for AI Training

About the role

We are seeking a freelance English‑Spanish translator to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will interact with the models in both languages, assess their logical flow, and create new conversational scenarios to improve their performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct writing and editing tasks for AI chatbots and review their outputs.
• Measure chatbot progress by holding conversations in English and Spanish.
• Generate novel dialogue examples to teach the models appropriate responses.
• Provide feedback on correctness, style, and overall quality of AI‑generated text.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
