IT Audit & Security Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an IT Audit & Security Analyst to join Nestlé’s Internal Audit IT Hub in Barcelona. The role combines technical security testing with audit methodology to provide risk‑based assurance across the company’s global IT landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Perform network scans to discover devices, open ports and vulnerabilities.
• Assess system security, including switch configurations, firewall rules, OS hardening, databases, cloud platforms and SAP environments.
• Evaluate the security posture of websites, applications and cloud services.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to query Active Directory and analyse data using R, Python or other tools.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and coordinate remediation actions.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience in IT security, audit or related fields.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics or equivalent.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global audit team.
