Jr Warehouse & Country Delivery Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Warehouse & Country Delivery Specialist to join Hero’s Logistics & Customer Excellence team in Alcantarilla. You will help ensure that orders move smoothly from the warehouse to our partners, combining automation, technology and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and support automated pallet‑warehouse operations, including maintenance and rapid fault resolution.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, monitoring goods receipt and dispatch to keep the centre synchronized.
• Operate advanced tools such as Voice Picking systems and Laser Guided Vehicles (LGVs) for efficient pallet movement.
• Identify, record and resolve operational incidents, minimizing impact on service levels.
• Coordinate domestic and international transport with carriers, supply planners and external suppliers.
• Support forecasting and demand‑planning activities in collaboration with category supply planners.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects and help implement new processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organization, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technologies or a related engineering field.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for breaking down operational challenges.
• Experience or interest in warehouse planning, automation or continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Native‑level Spanish and advanced English communication skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and a collaborative team‑player attitude.
• Self‑starter who enjoys learning new technologies and taking ownership from day one.
