Senior IT Recruitment Consultant – French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Senior IT Recruitment Consultant who will focus on contract and freelance placements for French‑speaking markets. Based in our vibrant Barcelona office, you will work with a young, ambitious team and gain international experience while developing long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new client accounts and maintain existing relationships in France and Belgium.
• Source, assess and present contract/freelance IT, tech and digital talent to meet client requirements.
• Drive business development activities and achieve recruitment targets.
• Provide personalised support and regular training to ensure high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 months of 360° recruitment experience in IT, tech or digital markets, focusing on contract roles.
• Proven business‑development track record with French‑ or Belgian‑based clients.
• Fluent French and business‑level English.
• EU right to work, confident, self‑motivated and results‑driven.
