SEO & GEO Consultant (Spanish Market)

About the role

GUT Network, Globant’s creative digital marketing studio, is seeking an SEO & GEO Consultant to lead strategy and project delivery for its large‑client portfolio in Spain. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to shape AI‑powered marketing solutions that meet personalized consumer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define, execute, and monitor end‑to‑end SEO and GEO roadmaps for top‑tier clients.
• Manage project lifecycles: strategic definition, monitoring, and direct client coordination.
• Conduct technical and content tasks such as SEO audits, site migrations, action tracking, and task prioritisation.
• Participate in national and international initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• 2‑3 years of experience developing and leading SEO strategies.
• Proven ability to manage large accounts and work under tight deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented, autonomous, and comfortable collaborating in multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• SEO audits, migrations, and performance tracking.
• App Store Optimization (ASO) knowledge.
• HTML/CSS for validating technical implementations.
• Web analytics reporting (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
