About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Subscription Account Manager to lead renewals for the Middle East region from our Barcelona hub. You will be responsible for achieving renewal quotas, building lasting customer relationships, and contributing to Nutanix’s retention goals.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve renewal quotas on time to maintain company retention rates.
- Engage with customers regularly for value‑added progress checks.
- Liaise with field sales, channel representatives, and partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as finance, sales operations, and revenue operations.
- Develop a steady and healthy ecosystem within the assigned sub‑region.
- Become the primary contact for clients in the mapped area by the end of the first year.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration to achieve shared renewal targets.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of experience in customer success or renewals roles.
- Strong software selling experience in quota‑carrying positions.
- Basic technical understanding of software licensing and renewals processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
