Area Sales Manager - Luxury Hotel Partnerships

About the role

VeryChic, a European travel platform specializing in exclusive luxury hotel and travel deals and part of the Accor Group, is looking for an Area Sales Manager in Barcelona. You will manage and develop a portfolio of premium hotels across a specific market, report to the Regional Sales Director and help grow the company's commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win premium hotels, residences and accommodations as partners.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing hotel partners and key accounts.
• Negotiate rates, availability, inventory and added value for private sales.
• Monitor portfolio performance and look for growth or reactivation opportunities.
• Maintain accurate account, activity and opportunity data in Dynamics 365.
• Follow market trends, competitors, new hotels and emerging destinations.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Service teams.
• Represent VeryChic at partner meetings, trade fairs and business trips in France and Europe.

Required profile

• At least 3 years in business development, account management or B2B sales.
• Degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, E-commerce or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Native or bilingual French and professional English; Spanish or another European language is an advantage.
• Experience in travel, hospitality or e-commerce is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Commercial and negotiation skills, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
• Comfortable with CRM and reporting tools; Dynamics 365 experience is an advantage.
• Results-driven, organized and proactive, working with KPIs.
