B2B Head of Sales – Spain (Flex & PBSA)

About the role

The B2B Head of Sales will own commercial growth for Greystar’s student housing and flex‑living portfolio in Spain. Reporting to senior leadership, you will design and execute a B2B strategy that targets corporations, universities, relocation agencies and other institutional clients, driving occupancy and revenue across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the B2B commercial strategy for student and flex‑living assets in Spain.
• Identify, approach and close high‑value partnerships with corporates, universities, relocation agencies and similar key accounts.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of B2B opportunities, monitoring conversion rates and aligning results with overall commercial targets.
• Lead, coach and develop a small team of two B2B sales professionals, setting clear targets and tracking performance.
• Collaborate with B2C sales, marketing and operations to ensure B2B initiatives complement the overall leasing strategy.
• Provide market insights and client feedback to refine product positioning.
• Implement structured sales processes and ensure effective use of CRM tools such as Yardi.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or key‑account management within hospitality, real estate or related sectors.
• Proven record of securing partnerships and generating revenue in a B2B environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Experience leading small sales teams and driving performance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Yardi or similar platforms.
