About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead the sales journey for our award‑winning solutions across Spain. Working closely with the Regional VP, you will own end‑to‑end sales cycles, build lasting enterprise relationships, and influence go‑to‑market strategies in the telecom and SaaS sectors.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory Go‑to‑Market plan, targeting key enterprise and telecommunication accounts.
  • Generate leads through networking, industry events, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and phone prospecting.
  • Understand client challenges, scope requirements, and collaborate with pre‑sales, product, and customer service teams to craft optimal solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling software solution proposals and manage the transition to the Customer Service team.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date CRM records, accurate sales forecasting, and regular internal reporting.
  • Stay informed on local telecommunications regulations, customer motivations, and buying patterns.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of enterprise business development experience, preferably in software messaging, SaaS, or telecommunications.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Strong motivation for impact, ownership, and career growth.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
