Commercial Controller – Finance Planning (Spain & Portugal)

About the role

Ferrero Ibérica is seeking a proactive Commercial Controller to lead financial planning for its top‑line P&L across Spain and Portugal. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to turn data into strategic decisions that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with local and Portuguese teams to produce accurate forecasts and reports aligned with Group objectives.
• Analyse customer profitability and evaluate promotional investments.
• Support pricing strategy development and monitor its impact on revenue.
• Provide insights that guide commercial decisions and improve financial performance.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in a controlling or commercial finance role.
• Degree in Business Administration (ADE) or a related field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Solid financial analysis capabilities.
