About the role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Corporate Communications & Marketing Coordinator to join Sateliot’s Communications team. In this fast‑paced scale‑up, you will shape Sateliot’s external and internal voice, turning a highly technical satellite‑IoT solution into compelling B2B narratives for telecom operators, IoT integrators, investors and the wider New Space ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

  • Produce clear, engaging content for website, blog, newsletters, white papers, case studies, press releases, sales collateral and LinkedIn posts in Catalan, Spanish and English (additional languages as needed).
  • Coordinate Sateliot’s presence at industry events such as MWC, IoT World, Space Tech Expo and partner events, handling logistics, messaging and follow‑up.
  • Support PR and media relations by working with an external agency, tracking coverage and amplifying Sateliot’s story in specialised and mainstream media.
  • Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across content, email, social media and partner channels aligned with commercial priorities.
  • Manage marketing tools (HubSpot or equivalent, CMS, social platforms) and analyse campaign performance.
  • Assist corporate communications, investor relations and institutional storytelling (ESA, EU, ministries) in collaboration with C‑level leadership.
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, Engineering and Leadership to ensure consistent technical messaging.
  • Contribute to internal communications initiatives that reinforce culture and keep the growing team aligned.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
  • 5+ years of corporate communications and marketing experience in technology, telecom, deep‑tech or industrial sectors.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills in Catalan, Spanish and English (minimum C1 level).
  • Proven track record of executing integrated multichannel campaigns (content, email, social, events).
  • Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar) and analytics.
