Content Creator & Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a food‑loving Content Creator and Social Media Manager to drive the social presence of our client’s brand. You will translate product features into compelling stories, create appetising visual and written content, and grow engaged communities across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for brand‑related requests, ensuring clear communication between studio and client teams.
• Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand product USPs and sharpen messaging.
• Plan and execute content calendars for multiple social channels, adapting briefs into platform‑specific formats.
• Monitor cultural conversations, trends, and platform formats, turning insights into proactive content proposals.
• Create platform‑native content that reflects the brand’s tone of voice and resonates with target audiences.
• Manage community engagement, respond to audience interactions, and oversee daily social challenges.
• Utilise social listening and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Talkwalker) to track sentiment and surface actionable insights.
• Produce performance reports, tracking key metrics to inform optimisation and share learnings across markets.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of end‑to‑end social media management experience.
• Native‑level proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Strong copywriting ability with a knack for social‑native language.
