About the role
Alter Domus is seeking a Corporate Legal Officer to join its Madrid office. You will be responsible for drafting, managing and processing corporate documentation for the group’s entities, ensuring compliance with public and private bodies.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and manage minutes of administrative and management bodies, general meetings and other corporate documents.
- Prepare, monitor and process the group’s power of attorney structure, including appointments, revocations and structural changes.
- Coordinate filing of documentation with commercial registries, notaries and relevant authorities.
- Maintain direct dialogue with public and private entities, offering practical solutions.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required by managers or clients.
Required profile
- University degree in Law.
- 2‑3 years of experience in corporate law.
- Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1), both spoken and written.
- Strong client relationship skills and ability to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Corporate documentation drafting.
- Power of attorney management.
- Knowledge of Spanish corporate filing procedures.
