Country Manager – Jamaica (International Expat)

About the role

We are seeking a Spanish professional to act as our International Delegate in Jamaica, leading the local operations of a multinational leader in high‑end integrated facilities for hotel and residential projects. The role combines strategic leadership, business development, and full P&L responsibility while ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the annual delegation plan covering commercial, operational and financial goals.
• Identify market opportunities, develop entry strategies, and expand service offerings across sectors.
• Represent the company with clients, suppliers, authorities and industry bodies, managing key relationships.
• Lead client acquisition, prepare technical and economic bids, and set local commercial policies.
• Oversee delegation P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cash planning and cost control.
• Build and manage a local team, handling recruitment, performance evaluation and talent development.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality standards and legal requirements, supervising inspections and incident investigations.

Required profile

• Spanish nationality and willingness to relocate to Jamaica on an expatriate basis.
• Proven senior management experience in facilities, construction or related sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of profitable business growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
