CTI Senior Analyst – Cyber Threat Intelligence

About the role

Santander Digital Services is seeking a CTI Senior Analyst to lead the evolution of its Cyber Threat Intelligence function. Based in Boadilla del Monte, you will turn emerging threats into strategic foresight, helping the organisation stay resilient and prepared.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality cyber threat intelligence across strategic, operational and technical levels.
• Coordinate intelligence collection and analysis activities across regions to maintain a unified capability.
• Provide expert judgement for complex analytical or attribution assessments.
• Liaise with Incident Response, Threat Detection, Risk and senior business stakeholders to ensure intelligence informs decision‑making and mitigations.
• Maintain and expand coverage of high‑priority threat areas.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in cyber threat intelligence or related security domains.
• Proactive, responsible approach to risk management.
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical and business stakeholders.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Blockchain technologies.
• Experience with Big Data concepts.
• Familiarity with Angular or similar front‑end frameworks.
