Customer Journey & Campaign Strategist Expert

About the role

ING is seeking a Customer Journey & Campaign Strategist Expert to join its Digital Sales Hub Team of Growth. The role focuses on designing and executing data‑driven campaigns that accelerate product sales across the acquisition‑to‑conversion funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Define end‑to‑end campaign strategy aligned with business objectives, messaging, channels and timing.
• Design and optimise customer journeys, identifying entry points, moments and commercial levers.
• Analyse behaviours to build and activate target audiences in the CDP, prioritising those with highest sales impact.
• Orchestrate campaigns using Marketing Automation tools, setting business rules, triggers, frequency and contact policies.
• Ensure multichannel execution across digital and assisted channels.
• Analyse campaign and journey performance, extract actionable insights and measure real sales impact.
• Collaborate with business, marketing, UX, data and technical teams to translate objectives into campaign solutions.

Required profile

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in sales‑oriented marketing campaign strategy.
• Proven track record in customer‑journey design and lead‑to‑sales optimisation.
• Hands‑on experience with CDP audience definition, segmentation and activation.
• Analytical, data‑driven mindset focused on commercial results.
