About the role
Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to support the CAR, Refractive and Corneal businesses across the Iberia market. The role will be based in Dublin, Ireland or Madrid, Spain and will work closely with the Customer Service Training Department to ensure smooth operations and high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily order processing and maintain strong phone coverage.
- Monitor team workload, address gaps proactively and ensure performance targets are met.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer and operational issues.
- Support month‑end and quarter‑end activities to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
- Drive a high standard of customer service across the Iberia market.
- Partner with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Finance and Commercial to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Contribute to cross‑functional meetings and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Experience in coordinating customer service activities within a regulated healthcare or medical‑technology environment.
- Strong understanding of the Iberia market and ability to work in a bilingual (Spanish/English) setting.
- Proven ability to mentor and train team members.
- Commitment to environmental policies and continuous improvement.
