About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support specialist who will assist our corporate clients in Germany and the French‑speaking market. You will be the first point of contact for queries related to our IT applications and systems, helping to ensure smooth operation and high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Receive fault reports via telephone and email and log them in the ticketing system.
- Analyse issues, develop solutions in collaboration with clients, and document requirements.
- Escalate complex problems to 2nd‑level support colleagues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the support process and overall customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Strong interest in IT technologies and quick learning ability.
- Initial experience in IT customer support is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, service‑oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent written and spoken German and French; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Willingness to work shifts Monday‑Saturday (7:30 am–9:30 pm) and be on call Sundays and public holidays.
