About the role
Veeva is looking for an experienced People Manager to lead a Data Operations team that supports the Veeva Link product. You will be part of the Data Operations leadership team, overseeing a group of Veevans and hundreds of curators, and will work closely with Product Management, Data Engineering, and Data Science.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, conceptualize, and implement process improvements.
- Ensure your teams curate high‑quality data.
- Guide Data Analysts in assessing data quality.
- Manage a high‑performing team of analysts and curators.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders across the Link product.
- Be hands‑on in analyzing team performance and executing change with speed.
Required profile
- Extensive people leadership experience (5+ years).
- Proven track record in process improvements.
- Confident spreadsheet user (pivot tables, nested formulas).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Required skills
- Excel (advanced spreadsheet functions).
- SQL.
- Tableau.
