Designer – Brand & Visuals

About the role

We are looking for a talented Designer to shape the visual identity of Grow Acquisition across all touchpoints. You will be responsible for creating thumbnails, social assets, decks, web pages, and product visuals that embody editorial minimalism and warm luxury while avoiding generic SaaS aesthetics.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the look and feel of Grow Acquisition’s brand, including thumbnails, social media graphics, presentations, website, and product interfaces.
• Develop end‑to‑end brand systems covering color palettes, typography, motion, and voice.
• Identify visual inconsistencies across the brand and proactively resolve them.
• Generate original concepts without waiting for detailed briefs and own the final outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency with Figma; Photoshop experience is a plus.
• Exceptional creative eye, especially for thumbnail design.
• Self‑driven and capable of working without constant direction.
• Portfolio that demonstrates real taste and a track record of high‑quality visual work.
• Problem‑solver who spots and fixes visual issues before they are flagged.
• Ownership mindset focused on results, not just deliverables.
• Long‑term commitment mindset, looking beyond short‑term projects.
