Digital Graphic Designer for Wellness Brand

About the role

Bioxy is looking for a Digital Graphic Designer to bring its wellness brand to life through bold visuals and storytelling. Based in Madrid, you will shape the visual identity across digital, print and packaging touchpoints, ensuring every pixel reflects the brand’s health‑focused ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual assets for social media, email campaigns, paid ads and the online store.
• Maintain and evolve the brand identity across all digital channels.
• Create product visuals, banners and landing‑page graphics aligned with campaign goals.
• Support product and lifestyle photography shoots, from setup to post‑production.
• Edit and retouch photos for digital and print use.
• Produce and edit short‑form video content for social media (Reels, Stories, ads).
• Design packaging elements, inserts and branded materials, and coordinate print‑ready files with suppliers.
• Collaborate with e‑commerce, marketing, content teams and founders to align visuals with strategy.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a brand, agency or e‑commerce environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work (social media, ads, web).
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, self‑driven and comfortable working autonomously in a small team.
