Digital Marketing Senior Analyst

About the role

Santander Corporate & Investment Banking is seeking a Digital Marketing Senior Analyst to join its Boadilla del Monte headquarters. The role will drive the digital marketing strategy, focusing on performance, optimisation and value generation across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel digital campaigns (LinkedIn, web, email, paid media, etc.).
• Track, analyse and report key performance indicators such as traffic, engagement, conversion and ROI, turning data into actionable insights.
• Continuously improve performance of owned and paid channels through data‑driven decisions.
• Support content creation aligned with business goals, ensuring measurable impact.
• Contribute to lead‑generation and monetisation initiatives to boost client acquisition and commercial impact.
• Collaborate with global business teams to align marketing initiatives with strategic priorities.
• Assist in the management and optimisation of digital ecosystem tools, including CRM, CMS and marketing automation platforms.
