Director of Product – Ecosystem

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Director of Product – Ecosystem to lead the strategy and delivery of our platform’s ecosystem capabilities. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will shape the product vision, drive AI‑enabled integrations and ensure a best‑in‑class experience for developers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a compelling product vision for the commercetools Ecosystem, aligned with company goals and developer needs.
• Own the product strategy for AI and agentic integrations, driving investment decisions across partner ecosystem, internal productivity and extensibility.
• Lead the development of tools that enable seamless integrations, API extensibility and developer productivity, including the adoption of Generative AI and AI agents.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer solutions and partnership teams to deliver a friction‑free developer and partner experience.
• Influence time‑to‑value by improving integration simplicity, extensibility and overall platform usability.

Required profile

• Proven senior product leadership experience in platform or ecosystem products.
• Strong track record of delivering AI‑driven features and partner integrations.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, design, sales and partnership teams.
