Engineering Specialist – La Cartuja

About the role

Join BSH Electrodomésticos' Engineering Team at the La Cartuja factory in Zaragoza. As an Engineering Specialist you will help shape technical standards, drive early‑series production, and ensure the plant’s equipment and processes stay competitive and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain and evolve standards for technical processes and MAE equipment within the Production Architecture/Network.
• Lead pre‑series and first‑series production stages, setting up processes, validating parts, and supporting ramp‑up.
• Maintain productive capacity and quality through maintenance, safety and environmental programmes.
• Scout, verify and develop innovative solutions to improve cost efficiency and service performance.

Required profile

• Technical or Engineering university degree.
• Advanced level of English.
• Experience with sub‑assembly and automation processes based on Industry 4.0 and smart technologies.
• Knowledge of assembly‑mistake detection technologies.
• Familiarity with Production Control (MES), testing, data‑analytics tools and IT networks.
