EU Compliance & Regulatory Specialist – AI Trainer (Freelance, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for senior EU compliance and regulatory experts to help train AI models on GDPR, DORA, and NIS2. This freelance position requires 8‑20 hours per week and can be performed entirely remotely from any location within the EU or UK.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI‑generated outputs on GDPR, DORA, NIS2, risk assessment and operational compliance frameworks.
• Evaluate AI responses for regulatory accuracy, practical relevance, and alignment with real‑world business cases.
• Draft realistic regulatory scenarios and case studies based on hands‑on experience.
• Create scenario variations from multiple stakeholder viewpoints (e.g., compliance officer, risk manager, regulator, executive).
• Identify oversights, flawed logic, or gaps in AI‑generated regulatory content.

Required profile

• Senior compliance, risk, or regulatory specialist with expertise in GDPR, DORA, NIS2 or related EU frameworks.
• Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK.
• Several years of hands‑on experience with regulatory compliance and risk programs in complex environments.
• Strong ability to evaluate regulatory frameworks and practical implementation.
• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback.
• Available for 8–20 hours per week with immediate availability.
