About the position

Join Alberts Bar & Grill, a premier waterfront destination in Puerto de Cabopino, Marbella, part of the prestigious Metro Grupo. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and uphold our high standards of excellence in a fast-paced, seaside environment.

Main Missions

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing opening and closing procedures.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to ensure peak performance.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by managing reservations and handling customer feedback professionally.
• Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams to guarantee service fluidity.
• Prepare daily operational reports and maintain clear communication with senior management.
• Provide essential HR administrative support, including staff scheduling, onboarding, and personnel documentation.

Profile sought

• Proven experience of at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
• Resilient and able to perform effectively under pressure in a high-volume setting.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a flexible and proactive attitude.

Required Skills
