Freelance AI Tutoring Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for experienced instructional professionals to work independently as AI Training Tutors. You will help shape how artificial‑intelligence models understand and generate high‑quality educational content by providing real‑world teaching expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Engage AI models on realistic instructional scenarios and assess their pedagogical accuracy.
• Validate that AI outputs reflect best‑in‑class teaching practices.
• Analyze subtle reasoning errors, document logical gaps, and produce structured, rewritten explanations.
• Create "gold‑standard" teaching exemplars that guide model behavior.
• Provide clear, step‑by‑step documentation of complex concepts.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience as a teaching assistant, tutor, lecturer, or course creator.
• Background in university instruction, boot‑camp mentoring, corporate enablement, or online platforms such as Udemy, Coursera, or Udacity.
• Native‑level English communication with high empathy and rigor.
• Ability to break down complex concepts into logically sequenced steps.
