Freelance Art Director

About the role

We are seeking a Freelance Art Director to join our remote creative team in Spain. You will lead the visual development of performance‑driven campaigns across social, digital, video, print, and experiential channels, leveraging AI‑powered tools to boost ideation and production efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design high‑performing creative campaigns for social media, digital ads, video, email, landing pages, and other marketing channels.
• Adapt creative assets for print, out‑of‑home, broadcast, and multimedia formats as needed.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Project Management to align projects with client objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Contribute innovative ideas and strategic solutions that enhance brand storytelling and audience engagement.
• Integrate AI‑powered creative tools into brainstorming, design exploration, and production workflows.
• Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Participate in feedback sessions, creative reviews, and collaborative brainstorming to refine concepts and optimize performance.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years of experience in an agency or fast‑paced creative environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social‑first, performance‑focused campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly.
• Highly organized, capable of juggling multiple projects, deadlines, and revisions without compromising quality.
• Curiosity and openness toward emerging technologies, including AI tools that support creative ideation and production.
