French-speaking Sales Executive

About the role

SiteMinder is looking for a French‑speaking Sales Executive to join its dynamic team in Barcelona. You will act as a trusted advisor to hotel owners, introducing them to the company’s SaaS hotel commerce platform and helping them increase bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new hotel clients and upsell existing accounts.
• Achieve sales KPIs and close deals within agreed timelines.
• Prepare accurate quotes, develop proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Present the platform’s value proposition to decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with the sales coach and team leader to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience in SaaS or B2B sales, preferably in hospitality or travel.
• Self‑motivated “hunter” mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
• Ability to understand client challenges and propose tailored solutions.
