About the role
As a French‑speaking Account Manager at Concentrix, you will focus on outbound sales to small‑and‑medium businesses, building strong relationships and driving revenue growth. You will work on‑site in Barcelona, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored commercial and technical proposals.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales quota and targets for a defined SMB portfolio.
- Conduct outbound outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to increase revenue.
- Track, manage and report sales activities against the sales plan.
- Gather client feedback and coordinate follow‑up with relevant departments.
- Prepare accurate commercial and technical service proposals.
- Ensure CRM data is up‑to‑date and accurately reflects all sales events.
Required profile
- Bilingual proficiency in French with advanced English.
- Proven outbound sales experience, preferably in SMB environments.
- Goal‑oriented, self‑starter with strong communication skills.
- Experience in pipeline management and sales forecasting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What we offer
- Full‑time contract (39 h/week) – Monday to Friday, 9‑18 h.
- Base salary of €21,376 gross per year plus up to €5,500 bonus.
