French‑Speaking Operations Manager – IT SaaS

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Operations Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day running of our international SaaS platform. Based in Barcelona, you will work three days a week on‑site and support a global client base while ensuring systems remain reliable and contract‑compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain on‑site equipment and back‑office IT systems, handling emergency faults and scheduled maintenance.
• Provide technical support and coordinate with vendors, external service providers and internal technical teams.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships, managing commercial and contract enquiries.
• Ensure operations meet contractual requirements, performance targets and compliance standards.
• Manage operational budgets, track P&L performance and monitor spending against forecasts.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for new projects and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Record and report KPI performance, delivering training to teams or individuals as needed.
• Travel internationally as required.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English at a high business level (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in operations management within the IT or SaaS sector.
• Degree in IT, Engineering or a related technical field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management frameworks and experience with ticketing tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and P&L.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
