Fullstack Engineer (Mid/Senior)

About the role

We are seeking a Mid to Senior Fullstack Engineer to join a fast‑growing MedTech company building a real‑time surgical collaboration platform. You will work on both backend (.NET) and frontend (Angular) components, helping to deliver video and communication tools used by surgeons worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop web dashboards and monitoring tools for the platform.
• Implement and maintain real‑time communication features using WebRTC and SignalR.
• Improve system reliability, performance, and overall user experience.
• Extend the platform with a desktop application.
• Maintain and evolve backend services hosted on Azure.

Required profile

• Mid‑level to senior‑level professional with full‑stack development experience.
• Strong understanding of real‑time systems and streaming technologies.
• System‑thinking mindset capable of debugging end‑to‑end workflows.
• Comfortable using AI‑assisted coding tools responsibly.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setting (2‑3 days per week in Barcelona).
