Global Affairs & Communications Manager

About the role

The Global Affairs & Communications Manager will support and execute the company's corporate communications and affairs agenda across multiple workstreams. This role is ideal for a versatile communications professional who can move between strategic planning and hands‑on execution in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver corporate communications materials for financial, institutional and reputational initiatives, including stakeholder briefings and crisis‑preparedness.
• Manage cultural and thought‑leadership projects, coordinating with external partners and measuring impact.
• Support CSR programmes by documenting, narrating and analysing community and cultural initiatives.
• Produce visual and editorial assets such as presentations, reports and communication collateral, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Contribute to digital communications, including content management and the evolution of the department’s online presence.
• Collaborate with the broader Corporate Communications team on cross‑functional projects, events and internal communications activations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, Political Science or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs or a similar environment, preferably within a listed company, consultancy or institutional setting.
• Strong interest in culture, ideas and social impact, with the ability to integrate this sensibility into the agenda.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive mindset, sound judgment and ambition to grow into broader responsibilities.
