About the role

Join Bending Spoons as a Graduate Software Engineer in our new Madrid office. You will work on high‑impact products used by millions, collaborating with a global team while helping shape the local culture.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of features from concept to production, building scalable systems.
• Integrate AI tools into the development workflow to accelerate design, implementation, testing, and documentation.
• Work across diverse technology stacks, selecting the right tools for each challenge.
• Develop and maintain services using monoliths, micro‑services, gRPC, REST, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Continuously simplify architectures and reduce unnecessary complexity.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong passion for software engineering.
• Collaborative, driven, and eager to contribute to a fast‑moving, high‑performing team.
• Willing to help define the culture and working style of a new office.
