Growth & Digital Manager

About the role

Dr.You is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Growth & Digital Manager to lead its digital marketing efforts in Madrid. You will shape the online growth roadmap, drive paid acquisition, manage the Shopify store and optimise the customer journey, all while preserving the brand’s unique voice.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a digital growth strategy, setting KPIs and aligning performance with business goals.
• Lead paid media campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, testing creatives, audiences and landing pages to improve CAC, ROAS and conversion quality.
• Own the Shopify e‑commerce platform: improve product pages, navigation, bundles and promotional activations.
• Analyse user behaviour, optimise homepage and landing pages, and implement CRO initiatives to enhance the customer journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams and creative resources to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital growth, acquisition and e‑commerce management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑growing, cross‑functional environment.
