Influencer Marketing Manager – US Market (Remote/EU)

About the role

Hostinger is seeking a senior Influencer Marketing Manager to drive partnership growth for its US market while operating from the EU. You will lead the identification, recruitment, and management of influencer and affiliate partners, leveraging data‑driven strategies to expand the brand’s reach.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and engage influencers and affiliates across social media platforms.
• Build and scale a structured pipeline of new partnership opportunities.
• Lead internal and external negotiations to close high‑impact deals.
• Analyze partner performance data, spot trends, and craft tailored, data‑driven partnership strategies.
• Deepen existing relationships through regular touchpoints, on‑site visits, and event participation.
• Plan, execute, and monitor end‑to‑end partner marketing campaigns.
• Measure, analyze, and continuously optimize campaign performance.
• Surface new opportunities and report on goals, forecasts, results, and blockers.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret performance dashboards and translate insights into investment strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills; comfortable pitching, presenting, and traveling to meet partners.
• Track record in digital performance marketing and partnership management (influencer, affiliate, sales, B2B).
• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
• High attention to detail, proactive ownership, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluent spoken and written English; adept at async communication with globally distributed teams.
