Insurance Analyst – Renting

About the role

Santander Consumer Finance is seeking an Insurance Analyst to lead the development and management of its insurance product for the Renting business in Spain. The role combines strategic planning, supplier relationship management, and performance analysis to enhance profitability and support the company’s growth in vehicle leasing.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage existing insurance agreements and supplier relationships.
• Design and implement a local insurance strategy aligned with business goals.
• Develop business cases and profitability strategies for new insurance offerings.
• Produce monthly reports and technical analyses of insurance results.
• Define and apply insurance pricing strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in motor insurance, preferably within vehicle leasing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Master’s degree in the insurance sector is a plus.
• Fluent English (required).
