IT Assistant – eCommerce Operations

About the role

Foxelli is looking for an IT Assistant to support its e‑commerce ecosystem. You will work closely with the IT Specialist, handling day‑to‑day tasks that keep our Shopify stores, AI tools and SaaS platforms running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Shopify apps: install, configure, test, document and audit on a quarterly basis.
• Build and maintain Shopify Flow automations for order tagging, customer segmentation, inventory alerts and fraud detection.
• Develop and extend Google Apps Script integrations linking Shopify, Google Sheets, Gmail and other tools.
• Work with REST APIs: manage requests, headers, authentication and JSON parsing.
• Provision and revoke access across all platforms, maintain an access matrix and enforce security best practices.
• Configure Recharge subscription products, billing cadences and retention flows, testing each customer journey.
• Onboard new hires and offboard departing staff across all systems.

Required profile

• Enjoys keeping systems organized and well documented.
• Curious about tools, able to dig in, figure out how they work and take ownership.
• Can translate complex technical concepts into simple language for teammates.
• Comfortable using AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT to build automations.
