IT SuccessFactors Expert

About the role

The IT SuccessFactors Expert ensures the stable operation, high service quality, and continuous improvement of the SAP SuccessFactors landscape from an IT perspective. This role bridges IT and HR, safeguarding system integrity while enabling efficient, compliant, and employee‑centric people processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end IT service for the full SAP SuccessFactors suite, covering all modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Succession & Development, etc.).
• Monitor system performance, manage incidents, problems and service requests following ITIL best practices.
• Administer platform configuration, data models, role‑based permissions, workflows and foundation objects to align with global HR processes and IT governance.
• Lead quarterly release and change management activities: evaluate impacts, conduct regression testing, coordinate UAT with HR owners, resolve defects and document changes.
• Ensure a reliable global HR technology ecosystem that supports critical moments in the employee lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules and platform administration.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and ability to translate them into system configuration.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
