Junior Assistant Producer – Sports Production

About the role

DAZN is looking for a Junior Assistant Producer to support the planning, coordination and delivery of production activities for the FIFA World Cup project. Working within the Content – P&E – Live Programming team in Madrid, you will collaborate with producers, production managers and operational teams in a fast‑paced international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day coordination of production activities and workflows.
• Assist with scheduling, logistics and project timeline management.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, freelancers and external suppliers.
• Track project deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain production documentation, reports and project trackers.
• Support travel, accreditation and operational requirements as needed.
• Assist with matchday and event production logistics.
• Ensure production processes are followed, documented and continuously improved.

Required profile

• A degree or relevant studies in Media, Communications, Production or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
