Junior Customer Service Agent – Remote

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Junior Customer Service Agent to join Rauda AI’s modern Customer Operations team. In this remote position you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues via email, chat, phone and other channels while delivering a smooth, positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line support to customers through multiple channels, investigating issues and delivering clear, empathetic solutions.
- Own cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring high‑quality service and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with teammates and team leads, share knowledge and contribute to daily operations.
- Identify recurring problems, suggest workflow improvements and help shape AI‑powered support processes.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar contact‑center role.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
- Strong problem‑solving attitude, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Based in Spain with legal right to work there.
Required skills
- Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk or similar tools.
