Junior Data Protection & DORA Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Data Protection & DORA Analyst to join Tieto’s regulatory and compliance team. The role supports innovative projects focused on data protection, digital operational resilience and related regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in data‑protection and regulatory‑compliance projects.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of controls aligned with DORA requirements.
• Collaborate on risk analyses and reviews of regulatory requirements.
• Work with technical and business teams on compliance and security initiatives.
• Contribute to information‑management and data‑protection activities.
• Help improve internal processes, policies and procedures continuously.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Data Protection and DORA regulations gained through studies, certifications or internships.
• Strong interest in regulatory, compliance and risk‑management topics.
• Motivation to learn and grow professionally in this field.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
