Legal Specialist - Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Legal Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. In this role you will work closely with product and domain experts to ensure contracts and legal processes are robust, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough contract review, drafting, and negotiation to optimize outcomes while managing risk.
• Perform legal research and case analysis, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support litigation and dispute resolution by preparing documentation and assisting counsel.
• Assess regulatory compliance and conduct due diligence for corporate matters, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Design system prompts and rubrics for legal AI applications, managing multi‑turn conversations with agents.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build and enhance legal tools and applications.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in legal principles, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong experience in contract review, negotiation, and risk assessment.
• Background in litigation support, dispute resolution, and due diligence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and integrity.
