Lobby Ambassador

About the role

The Lobby Ambassador is the first point of contact for guests arriving at W Ibiza, creating memorable first impressions and ensuring a seamless service experience throughout the lobby area. You will activate and coordinate all outlet services, from restaurant and bar to front desk and business centre, while providing personalized assistance and local insights.

Key responsibilities

• Engage guests in the lobby, promoting hotel outlets and services.
• Handle guest requests for transportation, reservations, dry‑cleaning and other special arrangements.
• Provide accurate local area information, including events, attractions and amenities.
• Coordinate with Bellperson, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to resolve guest needs promptly.
• Document and follow up on guest interactions to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest‑focused mindset.
• Proactive, energetic and able to multitask in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
• Strong knowledge of the local area or ability to quickly learn and share it.
• Team player who can collaborate across multiple hotel departments.
